This morning I made a run to Bi-Lo and Foodlion. Here are my savings.
Bi-Lo Savings (all totals are BEFORE taxes)
Total: $53.55
Bonus Card Savings: $18.14
Coupon Savings: $8.30
Total Cost: $27.11
Savings: $26.44 (49% savings)
PLUS...they are doubling FUEL PERKS June 30-July 4 (So $0.10 off a gallon of every $50 spent during these days).
Foodlion Savings (BY FAR....a great savings, even though they do not double coupons)
Total: $52.25
MVP Card Savings: $19.96
Extra MVP Savings: $10.00
Coupon Savings: $5.35
Total Cost: $16.94
Savings: $35.31 (68% savings)
FoodLion does not double coupons, but they had some great deals. I scored $5.00 off for purchasing 5 Kraft Products (I'll list later) and another $5.00 off for 5 items of "Sweet Dreams." I did not plan on it, but I purchased four bags of Lays Chips because they were on sale for $1.88 (that's cheaper than the FoodLion and other off brands), so I bought the limit--4 and we will take some on vacation!!
